In a quaint lane, right along the finest beach of beautiful Marbella, lies Casa Muñeca.
This magnificent villa is surrounded by landscaped gardens with marbled paths leading towards the beach with lawns bordered by palm trees, yuccas, bougainvillea, roses and oleanders, to name a few.
The whole garden is lit in the evening.
The gardens and swimming pool are maintained twice a week by a gardener. Private parking spaces are available right in front of the door.
The villa’s surface area (buildings) is 275m2. Access to the villa is through a gate, via own patio (courtyard) with pool to the entrance and central hall to the various spaces (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8):

(6) Via the porch to the 3rd bedroom directly adjacent to the patio, with shower, toilet and basin.
(7) A traditional study connected to the patio. Except for the study, all of the villa’s floors are marbled.
(8) Via the patio, you’ll reach the large roof terrace (approx. 60m2).

The living room and bedrooms all have a phone, KTV, a porch telephone and a radio/CD player. Various kitchen appliances, a dish-washing machine, 2 fridges and an oven are also present.
In the gardens, there are tables and chairs, a barbecue grill and deckchairs.
The seaside face of the villa features a glass facade more than 20 metres long with sliding doors, providing a magical view over the lush garden of the Mediterranean Sea (Marbella Bay) towards Gibraltar and the North African coast.
Small whales and dolphins trek through the Strait of Gibraltar and are a familiar sight from this location, just as are the migrating flamingo birds.
The villa’s unique location on the south coast, the fairy-tale view, the sun-spoiled region, golf courses and tennis courts close by, a supermarket and at least 10 restaurants within walking distance, the tranquil surroundings and last but not least the villa’s own comfort make Casa Muñeca one of Europe’s very best holiday destinations. The old town of Marbella is a just 7 minute drive from the villa, while Andalusia’s largest hospital is located less than 4 minutes away.
Malaga’s city centre, as well as the airport, is located approx. 30 minutes away. Gibraltar and Seville are 2 hours away, and Madrid is only 2 hours from Malaga by high-speed train.
